Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (MondayβSaturday, excluding public holidays). Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders above βΉ299, pan-India. For orders below βΉ299, a nominal shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 4β5 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take 1β2 additional days. Cash-on-delivery orders may take slightly longer than prepaid orders due to verification.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the link shared with you. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delays
While we work to dispatch and deliver on time, delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by weather, regional disruptions, or operational issues beyond our control. We are not liable for courier delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving any issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may incur a re-shipping charge.
Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If a shipment is returned to us undelivered, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
